NPB Safety Shoes founded in 2009 in Albania is a company that produces and displays work shoes certified according to the European CE ISO standard, for safety and high product quality. NPB operates as a fashion manufacturer, producing and selling wholesale and retail work shoes, and also their export.
Today, NPB has over 500 employees and extends its activity in 3 different locations: Krujë, Fushë-Krujë (Albania) and Kosovo, where in total it owns a production area of about 8000 m2 for the development of its activity. The daily production capacity is about 2,000 pairs of shoes per day or 800,000 pairs of shoes per year.
NPB Safety shoes covers the shoe processing processes from A-Z, including cutting, sewing the sides of the shoe, pre-assembly and the final injection process by performing with two injection machines. One in Monodensity PU 24 stations and the other injection machine Bidensite PU 24 stations.
Furthermore, our technical team and quality controllers perform strict monitoring throughout mass production. From the moment the materials arrive at the factory and all the way through cutting, stitching, injection/cementing and packaging, until the goods are shipped to their final destination.
